Elise Laura (4 year old class teacher)
Hello Little Sprouts!

My name is Elise Laura and I will be teaching the 4’s program along side Miss Vera. I am a Mom to three beautiful daughters Grace (8), Caitlin (7), and Emily (4). My husband, PJ, is a fireman with the FDNY and an electrician. We live in Kings Park where my husband is also a fire chief. I taught elementary school for ten years before staying home to raise our daughters. While home, I began a small business of refinishing furniture and making wood signs. Although I love being crafty, I am excited to return to teaching! Most of my teaching years were spent teaching 5th graders who were getting ready to leave elementary school, so I am eager to see sweet little faces each day in the 4’s program and get them ready to enter elementary school!

Erin Silver (Teachers Assistant)
My name is Erin and I work with Amy as her teacher assistant. I just happen to be a teacher as well! I am married and live in northport and have 2 children. Olivia is turning 9 and Ryan is 12. I love children and always wanted to be a teacher. I taught 5th grade in South Huntington for 10 years while I was getting my masters plus. I then had my son and decided to resign to stay home with him. When I received a text from Amy 3.5 years ago I was so excited. She need me to help out while one of the other assistants had surgery. Well....I couldn't believe how wonderful a school could be! Its pure joy going to "work" every day. I just adore children and am so happy that I was lucky enough to stay at Little Sprouts! Its definitely a hidden gem!
